Self Defence Course

As our website explains, I also teach Self Defence courses. These are no more than 2 hours long and you do not have to be a fitness or exercise fanatic to be able to take part. They are for everyday defence against bare handed muggers and knife attacks. The course is simple but effective.

Here is a picture of Ivy, a young lady who came along to one of my courses that I gave at Enfield Homes recently. As you can see she is really getting into the spirit of things with me!
